- Introduction
Welcome to Arakere Ladies PG. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our accommodation services and website. By booking a room, staying at our premises, or accessing our website, you agree to comply with the following terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not proceed with booking or using our services.
- Eligibility & Accommodation Rules
- This PG accommodation is strictly for ladies only.
- Residents must maintain cleanliness, discipline, and respectful behavior.
- Loud music, disturbances, or nuisance to other residents are not permitted.
- Visitor access is restricted and allowed only during permitted hours with management approval.
- Residents must comply with all house rules communicated at the time of admission.
Failure to follow rules may result in disciplinary action or termination of stay.
- Booking & Payments
- Room booking is confirmed only after payment of the required advance amount.
- Monthly rent must be paid on or before the due date.
- A security deposit may be collected at the time of admission.
- Rent once paid is generally non-refundable unless agreed otherwise by management.
- Late payment may attract penalties as per management policy.
All payment terms will be clearly explained at the time of admission.
- Security Deposit & Refund Policy
- The security deposit (if applicable) will be refunded after adjusting pending dues or damages.
- Residents must provide prior written notice (usually 30 days) before vacating.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after room inspection and clearance.
- Safety & Personal Responsibility
- Residents are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings.
- Management is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal items.
- Residents must ensure rooms are locked when leaving.
- CCTV surveillance may be installed in common areas for safety purposes.
- Food & Facilities
- Food is provided as per scheduled timings.
- Menu may vary depending on availability and management decisions.
- Facilities such as WiFi, electricity, and water are provided for resident convenience.
- Temporary interruptions due to maintenance or external issues are not grounds for compensation.
- Code of Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Smoking within the premises
- Alcohol consumption
- Illegal activities
- Bringing unauthorized guests for overnight stay
- Damage to PG property
Any damage caused to property will be charged to the responsible resident.
- Termination of Stay
Management reserves the right to terminate accommodation in case of:
- Rule violations
- Non-payment of rent
- Misconduct
- Illegal activities
- Behavior disturbing other residents
Residents must provide prior notice before vacating as per policy.
